20th April 2010 - Declaration issued

30th March 2010 - Got Case number from Adoption Board

- Sent off Garda Certificate of Character

14th January 2010 - Passed by LAC

15th October 2009 - Sent forms for Garda Clearance

27th July 2009 - Start Home Assessment (3 months)

15th October 2008 - Start Preparation Course (6 sessions)

5th September 2005 - Contact HSE re adoption
